Chaitali Advani has been appointed as Head of Controlling at Hilti India, where she will lead the company’s financial controlling function and oversee budgeting, strategic planning, and financial performance management for its India operations.

In her new role, Chaitali will be responsible for strengthening financial governance, improving cost efficiencies, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support the company’s growth strategy in the construction technology sector.

Prior to joining Hilti India, she served as General Manager – Commercial Finance at Diageo India, where she acted as a strategic finance partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, managing an A&P budget of approximately ₹1,100 crore.

Chaitali also held leadership roles at Doceree as Assistant Vice President – Finance and spent over five years at American Express, where she advanced to Senior Financial Analysis Manager. She began her career with EY, building strong expertise in finance, auditing, and strategic financial management.
