Mahindra Finance has announced the appointment of Baneswar Banerjee as Business Head – Auto Loans, reinforcing its focus on strengthening its auto lending portfolio. 

Banerjee brings over two decades of rich experience, including nearly 20 years with Mahindra & Mahindra’s Automotive and Farm Equipment Business. He has held key leadership roles across sales, strategy, and product management, contributing significantly to business growth and operational excellence.

Most recently, he served as Vice President and National Head of Sales, where he successfully led nationwide sales operations and profitability initiatives. His career highlights include spearheading successful product launches such as Marazzo, Alturas G4, and XUV300, along with driving impactful rural market strategies and building strong dealer networks.
