Sonia Bali has been elevated to Vice President – Leadership Hiring Group at BUSINESSNEXT, effective January 2026. Based in Noida, she will lead the enterprise-wide executive hiring mandate for the AI-powered CRM and digital transformation platform focused on the BFSI sector. In her expanded role, Bali will work closely with CXOs and global business leaders to build high-impact leadership teams aligned with the company’s fintech innovation and growth roadmap.

Prior to this elevation, she served as Assistant Vice President at BUSINESSNEXT for nearly four years, playing a pivotal role in strengthening its leadership acquisition framework. Her earlier assignments include senior HR and talent leadership roles at Infopro Learning, Inc., Compunnel Inc., and CARS24. She has also held key positions at Xerox, Aon Hewitt, and EXL Service, bringing over two decades of expertise in executive search, employer branding, and strategic workforce planning.
