IIT Mandi Catalyst, Himachal Pradesh’s leading Technology Business Incubator, has appointed Anil Singh as its new Chief Executive Officer. Singh brings over 20 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, having mentored more than 250 ventures and assisted over 10 academic institutes in establishing incubation centres.

His extensive experience across government and private sectors, coupled with a strong network that includes Atal Innovation Mission, positions him to lead IIT Mandi Catalyst’s mission of nurturing entrepreneurship and technological innovation.

Under Singh’s leadership, the Catalyst aims to develop a sustainable startup valley in Kamand, establishing a high-tech innovation hub that blends advanced technology with Himalayan cultural heritage and leverages strategic government partnerships. The initiative is expected to accelerate India’s startup revolution, providing entrepreneurs with access to world-class resources and support for cutting-edge technologies.
