Ageas Federal Life Insurance has appointed Gaurav Jain as Head – Product Management & Pricing. In this role, he will lead product strategy, pricing frameworks, and portfolio development, with a focus on strengthening product innovation and delivering customer-centric insurance solutions aligned with evolving market and regulatory requirements.

Gaurav brings exemplary experience in product management, strategic planning, and insurance distribution across leading financial services institutions. Prior to joining Ageas Federal Life Insurance, he held senior leadership roles at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, where he served as Head of Strategy – Proprietary and Head – Product Management, driving product innovation and strategic growth initiatives.

Earlier, he spent more than seven years at Axis Max Life Insurance in multiple leadership roles including Vice President – Product & Channel Management and Assistant Vice President – Product Management & Channel Marketing. He began his career at Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors Ltd..
