Ageas Federal Life Insurance (AFLI) has announced the elevation of Chinangsuk Maji to the position of National Head – RRBs and Cooperative Banking. In this strategic leadership role, he will spearhead the company’s initiatives across Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and Cooperative Banking partnerships, driving distribution growth and strengthening AFLI’s presence across these important channels.

With over 30 years of diverse experience spanning Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Hospitality, and Education, Chinangsuk brings deep expertise in business development, channel management, strategic planning, and sales leadership. He has played a pivotal role in enhancing AFLI’s distribution strategy and contributing to the company’s growth journey.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has held leadership positions with prominent organizations including Axis Max Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance, and HDFC Life Insurance.

In his new role, Chinangsuk will focus on expanding distribution reach, deepening partnerships with RRBs and Cooperative Banks, and improving access to insurance solutions across India. His appointment reflects AFLI’s commitment to strengthening its distribution network and accelerating sustainable growth.
