Aditi has steadily progressed within Snowflake, taking on key roles such as Senior People Partner and HR Business Partner. She is known for her consultative approach, effectively bridging HR strategy with business objectives to deliver impactful workforce solutions.

Prior to joining Snowflake, Aditi spent nearly 13 years at Cummins India, where she held multiple HR leadership roles across corporate engineering and line functions. Her experience spans talent management, HR operations excellence, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
