Throughout her career, she has successfully led HR functions for organizations with workforces ranging from 5,000 to over 15,000 employees, enabling business growth through workforce modernization and capability building.

Acquelia has a proven track record in designing turnaround HR strategies, optimizing costs, and implementing modern people practices. Her experience in global capability centers (GCCs), shared services, multi-country operations, and leadership development positions her strongly to drive XBP Global’s talent agenda.
