Accenture has announced the successful acquisition of Faculty, a leading applied AI firm in Europe, marking a strategic move to enhance its artificial intelligence capabilities and accelerate enterprise transformation for clients worldwide.

As part of the acquisition, Marc Warner, CEO and co-founder of Faculty, has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Accenture and will join the company’s Global Management Committee. This leadership addition is expected to play a key role in advancing Accenture’s AI-driven innovation agenda.

The acquisition brings over 400 highly skilled AI professionals including data scientists, engineers, and domain experts, into Accenture’s ecosystem. This expanded talent pool will strengthen the company’s ability to help clients responsibly adopt and scale AI solutions, reinvent operations, and unlock faster business value.
